Ludlow Manufacturing Inc. was formed to service OEM manufacturers with their metal fabrication needs. Our Services
Ludlow Manufacturing is an ISO 9001 metal fabrication shop in Waukegan, IL, built to take OEM projects from raw material to finished part. We keep laser cutting, forming, machining, and welding under one roof so your work moves between steps without shipping delays or extra handling.
When you send us a print, you get a partner who sweats the tolerances, hits the schedule, and communicates before problems become delays. From short prototype runs to ongoing production volume, we scale to fit. Send us your drawings and we'll get you a quote.
Laser Cutting
Our cutting department is capable of handling thicknesses up to 1″ plate and material sizes up to 6’x12′.
Forming
LMI has 8 CNC brakes, capable of highly accurate forming up to 352 tons, a bend length of 161″, and materials ranging from 0.05″ thick up to 0.625″.
Machining and Welding
Ludlow Manufacturing employs the latest in CNC Milling Centers and highly skilled welders to deliver our customers quality parts every time.
Engineering and Quality Control
Our engineers can work with Solidworks, Pro E Wildfire, Autocad, Bysoft 7 and Omega Cubed ERP.
